The rooms are spacious and offer central heating, a dining area, and a seating area. the city view from the window is particularly nice. the location is unbeatable, near the center and close to tram stops and the Firenze train station.

The location of the venue was great, very central and close to all modes of transportation. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable with nice pillows.

The property had a great location close to transportation, but be aware that there was some early morning noise from trains and traffic. It was also quite close to the city center, making it easy to explore. However, the room and bathroom were not as clean as they could have been based on guest reviews. Some guests also mentioned that the shared bathroom was poorly equipped and had loud water pump sounds. But, there were a few highlights, such as spacious rooms and balconies with city views.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent; the room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to the city center. The staff, especially Sonny, were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made me feel at home throughout my stay at this family-run guest house.

More variety of breakfast items would have been appreciated.

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I had a good experience. the staff were available at all times for any requests, like Iron or scales which was much appreciated. the location was great as it was close to the train station and transportation. the room was clean and spacious, which was a major advantage, and it was a comfortable stay overall.

the sound of the water pump was loud and disturbing to sleep at night, which was inconvenient.
